# Overview

## What is Message provider?

Message provider turns CRM into a multi-channel messaging powerhouse. Connect your own
**WhatsApp**, **iMessage**, and **SMS** numbers and send or receive messages directly
from the CRM Conversations tab, with no Meta template approvals, no per-message fees, and no
leaving your CRM.

Mix and match channels, automate replies through CRM workflows, and manage everything
across sub-accounts from a single white-labeled dashboard.
